We have the following packages available but can tailor one to your specific needs: Platinum Package$2,600/month12 hours (Savings of $1000) Gold Package$2,000/month9 hours (Savings of $700) Silver Package$1,400/month6 hours (Savings of $400) Bronze Package$800/month3 hours (Savings of $100) In addition to ongoing legal advice, we offer flat-fee services. A new business startup kit for launching a corporation or a limited liability company costs $1,500 and a full corporate or LLC package with state and municipal licensing costs between $2,500 to $3,500, depending on local requirements. The firm also uses a flat fee structure for advising companies on how to comply with the ever-expanding myriad of legal issues facing today’s businesses.
